Yoga creates a powerful space to reconnect with our true essence and to release old emotions and blockages that stop us from living the most powerful version of ourselves.
In this retreat, we will dive into a deep journey within: 3 days of yoga classes, healthy meals, and being immersed in the beauty of nature in the Blue Mountains NSW.
Intimate and exclusive, this retreat has been designed for a small group setting.

Enjoy daily ASANA practices to nurture your body and soul. Julio will share Hatha Yoga style practices focusing in alignment using props to help everyone to embody the shapes in the best way to their body type, creating space for us to integrate and understand how to practice in our day to day lifes.

Pranayama and Meditation are the subtle elements of the Yoga practice although the most powerful ones regard shifting our energy levels and mental perception. Have you heard that famous quote "Yoga makes you happier"? Yeah! Is through these techniques that you will increase your PRANA and experience a better life.

Yoga Philosophy is a powerful tool to learn and complements the other aspects of the practice. Julio will share in a contemporary way his favourite pieces of Yogic texts, inviting the group to bring their own view of the knowledge. It will be an inspiring session.

Located within the scenic bushland of Mount Victoria within the world renowned Blue Mountains of Australia, Vanam Retreat offers an exceptional eco-sanctuary for guests enjoyment and relaxation.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Julio brings the knowledge from the Yogic traditions and translates it into his beautiful well put together Hatha yoga classes. His love for yoga and commitment to living a happy health life is inspiring.
