Private yoga classes are perfect for a range of circumstances and levels of experience. Whether you’re new to yoga, or have developed a practice over many years, private classes can help you take the first step, or the next step on your yoga journey.
If you want to give yoga a try, but feel a bit awkward joining a group class, private classes are a safe and supportive introduction.
As a Yoga Coach, I’ll tailor private classes to meet your individual needs and goals. Together we can build your technique and confidence, exploring the mental and spiritual elements of yoga as well as the physical. You’ll quickly learn that yoga is not a set of poses for flexible people, but a state of mind and being – the bhava. When all 3 elements of the yoga practice are incorporated, yoga can instil a deep sense of balance and appreciation for the wonders in life, allowing us to tune into what’s important and making way for higher possibilities in our life.
For those who are more experienced at yoga, private classes are an opportunity to seek new challenges and expand the dimensions of your practice, helping you get to the next level – physically, emotionally and spiritually.
